Definitions

‘Client’ or ‘Purchaser’ or ‘Customer’ shall mean the individual or company to whom the offer is addressed.
‘Tolifloor’ refers to Tolifloor Sdn Bhd
‘Order’ shall refer to the online acceptance by the Purchaser or client.

Acceptance and Cancellation

If Tolifloor agrees in writing to permit the Purchaser to postpone, cancel or reduce the order then the Purchaser will remain liable for all costs reasonably incurred by Tolifloor in fulfilment of the order.

Purchaser may cancel the order by giving Tolifloor notice of cancellation within 48 hours – as Tolifloor dispatch goods immediately. If the goods have been sent out, Purchaser will be liable for the return of the goods at Purchaser’s own expense, before a refund can be given.

Price Information

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. All prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). All prices are correct at the time of publishing.

Terms of Payment

Tolifloor’s online trading payment terms are payment upfront before the goods can be allocated and released, unless Cash on delivery (COD) option is chosen by Purchaser. Payment is accepted via our online gateway and can be made using Debit/Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Online Banking at the checkout.

Colours and Specifications

Representations of colour online are as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow but the colours can be affected by the calibration of different output devices, monitors and screens.

Samples of all our products are always available and we strongly recommend that you ask for a sample for confirmation as we cannot be held responsible for a wrong colour choice being made.

Ordering Goods

Our online store accepts orders from holders of credit or debit cards, online banking (Malaysian Banks) or Cash on Delivery (Klang Valley, Malaysia Only).

Tolifloor will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you provided when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and for that acceptance to have been effectively communicated to you.

Goods are dispatched immediately after cheque or funds have cleared. Orders received after 1400 Hours will be processed the next working day.

The only language in which the contract can be concluded is English.

Delivery

Goods will be dispatched within the next 48 hours upon orders received via Tolifloor online store.

Purchasers are liable and responsible to ensure that there are personnel in-charge to unload the goods at the delivery address. Should there be any difficulties, purchasers are responsible to inform Tolifloor.

Should there be no recipients to unload the goods, carriers will return the goods to Tolifloor and purchasers will be charged reasonably and accordingly for the delivery and returning of the goods to Tolifloor.

Outside of Klang Valley – RM20.00 per carton/box (Flat rate)

Carpet Roll

Klang Valley – Free Of Charge (Promotional Period)

Outside of Klang Valley – RM250.00 per roll (Flat rate for all length)

Product Warranty

Tolifloor warrants on behalf of the manufacturers that all products will be free from any defect in material. Products sold are covered for a 1 year (365 days) limited warranty period from the invoice date. Please refer to Terms of Product Warranty for more details. This does not apply to goods purchased at a reduced price for being identified and sold as “Discounted”, “Stock Clearance” or “Promotional” items.

Disputes

If the Purchaser claims that any goods are faulty or defective they must notify the reasons in writing within 7 days of the purchase date, failing which the Purchaser loses any right to dispute the quality of the goods.

Returns Policy

If you need to return your carpet tiles to us, you must contact Tolifloor in the first instance by email at tolifloor@gmail.com or telephone us on +603 8727 0638. We will issue a Returns Authorisation and Tolifloor cannot accept any carpet tiles or issue any refunds without one.

We offer this service within 14 days of you receiving your carpet tiles but unless the carpet tiles were damaged upon delivery to you, we will have to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% plus the full delivery and collection charges.

Purchaser must notify Tolifloor of any damages or shortages within 7 days, as Tolifloor cannot accept any damaged returns after that initial 7-day period.

If the product has already been dispatched, double delivery charges will have to be charged because the carriers will have to deliver to the purchaser and then return the goods to Tolifloor. This amount will be deducted from the refund value.

If purchasers are genuinely not satisfied with the carpet tiles that you have chosen, please do get in touch with us and we will do our very best to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction.

Should the carpet tiles you receive not be the ones you ordered, then of course, the correct items will be sent out to you as soon as possible or a full refund offered.

Tolifloor will not entertain return request for carpet tiles (modular carpet) that are partly used or not in full box quantity. Tolifloor will also not entertain return request for carpet roll (broadloom carpet) that are used or not in condition as delivered.

However, if you have already installed your carpet tiles then we are sorry to say that we won’t be able to offer you a refund.

Right to amend terms and conditions

Tolifloor have the discretion to update this policy at any time. We encourage our customers to check this page for any changes and to stay informed about our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing from Tolifloor online store Purchasers are deemed to acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. It is Purchaser’s responsibility to review these Terms and conditions periodically and to stay aware of any changes. To make it easy for Purchasers to do this, Tolifloor will make sure that the revised date will be stated at the bottom of the page should any changes be made.
